                 1.Eat outdoors: whether you plan to full-fledged picnic ,eat your take-out on a                           park bench,or just enjoy your morning coffee in your back (or on your fire                               escape city dwellers) take a break and app  your meal outside.

                 2.Make a list of all the outdoor activities you want to do this year: For camping to                       whitewater rafting ,snowboarding, jet skiing ..... the sky's limit. write a list of all                       the thins you want to do outsides this year, whether-  organized by season.                           Then start this weekend with the first appropriate activity on your list.

              

                3.Join sports league: Nothing keeps you committed to spending time outdoors                          than joining league where they count on your participation week after week.                          can't find a team you like? Try convincing your human resources department to                      start an office softball game, or organize one yourself with friends.

                

               4.Work outside: speaking of work ,are you feeling blocked there? it could be the                       early signs of spring fever, but i have a guaranteed trick to break yourself of                           those distracted feelings and be more "in the moment"at work so you can get                         more done.

               5.Plant flowers: In most places the ground barely had a chance to freeze this                           year,so you can get jump on planting flowers  in your yard .if you're still                                   concerned about cold overnight temps, plant them in planters that you can bring                   indoors at night.

               6.Visit someplace close by,but unusual: Chances are wherever you live , you have                   some outdoor tourist attraction that the locals never take time to visit.skip work                       for the day or rearrange your schedule and take a mid- day trip. you'll return                           rested,rejuvenated and ready to face anything that comes your way.

               7.Invite neighbors over for a fire and a night of stargazing: Being the night with a                       nice dinner of locally -grown foods, and, as the sun sets , if  local ordinances                         permit it ,light a fire and begin roasting marshmallows.There's something about                     an outdoor fire that says "instant vacation".Take time to appreciate the scent,                        concentrated warth, and the stars above your head.

MY DREAM TRIP

                                                              FRANCE!!!!

                  

AS a result of my hardworking , i will be the most performed person in my company and because of that boss gives me an opportunity to go on a trip as i won with my husband and two children and most important part is with an unlimited budget, i'm sure i will be the france at that time period.

                          Because I had that dream from my childhood. Although I never being there, by watching cartoons and movies I thought that if I was born there how much lucky I’m like that. The people who act that kids’ movies act like as they are having luxurious life by living in one of the loveliest countries on Earth.🏰🚘

                            

There are so many beautiful places to visit there. Most probably I’ll firstly go to Paris. Paris is widely acknowledged as a world-beating destination, but often overlooked beyond the capital is an incredible array of beautiful coastlines, rolling hills, quaint villages and innovative design Some of the other places to visit there are Eiffle Tower The Eiffel Tower is a wrought iron lattice tower on the Champ de Mars in Paris, France. It is named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower,

                           

The Louvre or the Louvre Museum is the world's largest museum and a historic monument in Paris, France. A central landmark of the city, it is located on the Right Bank of the Seine in the city's 1st arrondissement.

                              

The Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile is one of the most famous monuments in Paris, standing at the western end of the Champs-Élysées at the center of Place Charles de Gaulle, formerly named Place de l'Étoile .

                              

Disneyland Paris Disneyland Paris, originally Euro Disney Resort, is an entertainment resort in Marne-la-Vallée, a new town located 32 km east of the centre of Paris, and is the most visited theme park in all .

                             

 EuropeTuileries Garden The Tuileries Garden is a public garden located between the Louvre Museum and the Place de la Concorde in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. If I have this opportunity, I cannot believe that I’m such a lucky person. 

                       

It will be the most valuable and unbelievable gift in my life. And other important part is I can enjoy whole 30 days with my family. If this trip only to me, it would not be that much happy. I’ll travel with most expensive tickets, stay luxurious hotels🏨 and eat lots🍨🍕🍮 with them. Meantime I’ll shopping😊 and buy things as my own from that money... Actually, I cannot imagine that opportunity, I’ll be a crazy😝 girl when I got that news.

                    My mother is a world best & beautiful person in my life. university also like that.Beauty not means not how its look like;it means how much we love it.University of kelaniya is one of the Top five state university in srilanka placed at 2767 th in world rankings.

I was blessed to be a student of university of Kelaniya .And i'm so proud to say that university of Kelaniya is the First Green Univesity in Sri Lanka .

It is provide us high quality of education and to conduct high impact research which will contributr significantly to enhancement of existing knowledge in various fields of Humanities,Medicine ,Science ,Social Science , Commerce and Management ,Computing &Technology and to the development of the country. 

                                    pleasant environment in our university speedup our energy on our academics.Wordsworth, a staunch lover of nature, believed that nature is a storehouse of joy and pleasure. 

It is a overflowing fountain of divine beauty.  It is a friend, a guide and a nurse to man.

.A ruined body or a broken mind find a lot of comfort and consolation in the lap of nature.  It provides a man with fresh energy and a new vigor .So we have given all  those things in our university.

                 

University life is one of the best few years in our life where you will learn a lot of things about the society.University of kelaniya has taught me not just acadamics, but so many things  about people, society and i have gained so much and learnt so much from this beautiful and wonderful place.University of kelaniya has become my second mother.

                                                       Its my second home!!!!!!!!!

The Expert, Pen & Thread Game!!!

From this game we were divided into 5 teams(6 members per team).From our team we should select 3 member with their expert area and needed to tell who they are and what are their expert area.After all the team informed their expert members,Madam told us to present a business idea(Combination of those three expert areas).

Our team expert areas were
1)Cricket
2)Swimming
3)Hand Work

We selected Hand Work Sports Acessories.For our team it was not difficult to express a business idea but for  some of the other teams their experts ideas were not matched but during the presentation they combined that un matched  expertise area and presented a good business idea.One of the team had their future business develop ideas as well.😂

                            Pen  & Thread Game

From this game we were divided into 3 teams (9 members per each team).we recieved 30cm thread,pen and a paper.📄🖋Then for the three team madam told to write three words and without touching the pen we should write.Our team's word is "VIPER".We allowed only to communicate in english.

Then we appointed a team leader because otherwise it was difficult to properly write.We were not allowed to touch paper or practice.we used 4 members support to top of the pen and another 4 members support to bottom of the pen.😊😊😊

                            BARTER PUZZLE GAME!!!

                            Our evey PPD session we learn some new things.This day also madam bring an game which is taught us lot of things. first madam divide our class in to four groups and select a leader, sub leader  from each group & she call leader and subleader and give a little task for us (i am a subleader in my group😜). The task we have to cut a A3 size picture in to 75 picies.It's too easy we did that😄.

                               After that she give us a task that's so wired.  That is we have to arrange the cutting papers like a BARTER puzzle.There is statergy also, madam mixed some 5/6 cuttings from other group we have to convience other group members and bring our cuttings.This is the task.

Our group there are about 7 members i think. we arrange cuttings sepparately and join  the full picture in the mean time our group members trying to convience other group members and get some pieces we did 95% our puzzle but we dont have our cuttings because the other groups don't have an interest to give our cuttings so that any group didn't complete the task, so that madam gave us marks what percentage we did? & how many other group's cutting  we have . According to that we win the game💥💥💥💥💥.

                           

From this session we learn lot of things. while we are doing this task madam interupt and ask about our induvidual project .we tell about that in front of our class so this task change our concentration from the game after that we have to do our games. From this as  a human being we have to face lot of problems and duties if they interupt us we should move on &concentrate our goals.And we learn that convincing people not a easy task .if we want to convince people we can help them to do their tasks and another way is talk with them in a friendly manner. If we have to survive this we have to maintain our ethical strategies. Another important one is "Team work",its everything.

The Parable of the Pebbles

One night in ancient times, three horsemen were riding across a desert. As they crossed the dry bed of a river, out of the darkness a voice called, “Halt!” They obeyed. The voice then told them to dismount, to pick up handfuls of pebbles, put the pebbles in their pockets, and remount. The horsemen followed the instruction.

The voice then said, “If you have done as I commanded, tomorrow at sunup you will be both glad and sorry.” The horsemen rode on. When the sun rose, they reached into their pockets and found that a miracle had happened. The pebbles had been transformed into diamonds and other precious stones.

The horsemen remembered the warning that they would be both glad and sorry. They were glad they had taken some pebbles, sorry they had not taken more.

The Plan and Your Progress

You are a daughter of a loving Heavenly Father. When you left your heavenly home to come to this wilderness (mortal life), Father did not leave you on your own. He prepared every needful thing for you to return back to your eternal home. He has placed living prophets on the earth to guide you. Through living prophets, He has given you the Personal Progress program, which helps you develop values that prepare you and mold your character so that you can fulfill your divine potential.

The living prophets of God have clearly communicated to you what is of greatest eternal worth. They have clearly indicated that “families are central to God’s plan, which provides a way for family relationships to extend beyond the grave. Sacred temple ordinances and covenants, faithfully kept, help us return to the presence of God, united eternally with our families.

Everything in the Personal Progress program leads you to the holy temples.

“Exaltation in the highest degree of the celestial kingdom can be attained only by those who have faithfully lived the gospel of Jesus Christ and are sealed as eternal companions.

“The sealing of husband and wife for time and eternity by the authority of the priesthood—also known as temple marriage—is a sacred privilege and obligation that all should strive to receive. It is the foundation of an eternal family.

“The nature of male and female spirits is such that they complete each other. Men and women are intended to progress together toward exaltation.”¹

Precious Possessions

The world would have you believe that the values of faith, divine nature, individual worth, knowledge, choice and accountability, good works, integrity, and virtue are insignificant pebbles in a modern world. That is not true. “Now ye may suppose that this is foolishness in me; but behold I say unto you, that by small and simple things are great things brought to pass; and small means in many instances doth confound the wise.”³

Sometimes as we move through our journey here below, we underestimate the value of the precious pebbles that God places in our paths. These pebbles may seem small and insignificant, but in reality they are treasures of eternal worth.

Remember the voice that says, “Fill your pockets”? We sometimes hear another voice saying, “Don’t worry. They are only pebbles. They will slow you down. They will be heavy and cumbersome to carry. It’s just not worth the hassle. Besides, if they are that important, your friends will have some extras.”

Often, we are so focused on the journey that we don’t see the destination. We halfheartedly follow the direction that is given us and wander in strange paths that promise excitement and thrills but that always end up hollow and cheap. Indeed Isaiah said, “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”⁴

If you are wise in your journey here on earth, one day the pebbles that you have gathered will be transformed. And on that glorious, light-filled day when you see Him again, the precious gems that you possess will give you rightful entry into His presence, and you will be home.
